Default Coretec Plus in Arizona

Anyone with any long term experience with Coretec Plus in Arizona?

The product sounds great, but I'm afraid of the cork underlayment possibly drying out (resulting in floor distortion) in the desert climate and possible delamination issues.

Reading this thread has gotten me a bit worried:
