I have read dozens of complaints about Allure from DIYers. What do the pros think about the product? I have almost no experience with it myself.

I've done dozens of inspections on the product, click and grip strip. The main issue I see is running large expanses without a stop in doorways, tons of furniture on it and they seperate, especially the grip strip.
Plus the fact they don't like to have any sort of transitions on hand for consumers and installers to readily use is a problem.
The stuff does move, and a 1/8 expansion gap is not sufficient as it is written in the installation guidelines. Look, if your going 60 feet and your using a 5/8 quarter round leave a bigger gap!!!

Forgot rolling with a 100 lb roller. First it was no roller, then a hand roller, then a 50 lb roller, then a 100lb roller.
These guys change their installation document like people change their underwear, well most people anyways. They said consumers need not roll it but pro's should.
Then they say roll it always, rent a roller and document it if your a consumer.

2 or 3 years ago, they admitted there was some with bad adhesive on the strips. Don't know if they replaced it or not.

Is that the crap the corners were coming up , and there tech support said to put crazy glue under it ?

Thanks for the info.
I hate the stuff. Installed a ton of it and we finally started turning them down for how crappy the floor is and because of our area. The moisture tolerance is 5% max. No where in the south east will you find a subfloor under 5%.
