Thought this was informative, so here it is.

I love these adhesives...... BAM, DONE!
Used it to fix my glasses (spectacles ) tonight. ;)
I let it dry for 20 minutes and was reading up on how humidity affects this stuff as an accelerator.
With the adhesive on the edge of the glass, it created a white "smoke" on the edge of glass as it cured and did it's thing. I kept holding the glasses firmly together for 15 minutes. (not 60 seconds)
OK, so after reading about humidity accelerating the cure, I boiled some water in the microwave, then put my glasses in there with the cup of water and shut the door, trapping the heat and humidity....................
The glasses fogged up again with that white "smoke" looking stuff on the edges. I guess even after 10+ minutes of air cure, the glue hadn't fully cured out. Interesting............
Anyway, just some food fer thought.
My choice of cyanoacrylate adhesive is made by Bob Smith Industries......... they have super thin cyanoacrylate adhesives and super thick gap filling adhesives... Not to mention their epoxy adhesives. I buy mine at a True Value Hardware store where it's private labeled with the store name. I like this stuff a lot more than the well known brands Like Krazy Glue and Locktite because it comes in thin, thick, gap filling and super thick, for different purposes...... plus they carry accelerators and non stinky versions of their products.
I think it also found at hobby stores. Jones make a lot of adhesives for model construction purposes.
If ya get some on your finger, .....don't stick your finger in your eye......... you know, just read the instructions. These things are faster that you are. ;)

I use the gorilla super glue you can dispense it with the nozzle or a brush that is supplied with it.

Not saying other glues don't work. Just saying this guy's stuff has different characteristics than most. They have a super thin version and a one that is truly gap filling. Not many super glues are gap filling.
Just sayin' if you see this brand adhesive somewhere, to try it out. The super thick and gap filling are more friendly to use than most super glue products since they don't run all over.

Gorilla super glue is pretty thick. And the very small brush is great.
I'll have to try it out one of these days.
I've never used any Gorilla products except for their duct tape. ....takes two people to pry it off the roll. I'll stick to 3M's commercial grade duct tape when I need something that strong.

I used Boa tape . Took me a 1/2 hr to get my framing square off a hardwood floor .. Still have some ..

Really? That black duct tape will hold a bumper on a car.

That was the one that I had the least luck with. I taped visqueen inside my pickup bed up and over the sides as I was going to haul dirt. The visqueen let loose and I ended up with grey goo on the inside of my bedliner that was a real bitch to get off.
