Yup, got some big mortar shells ready in case it rains. Kinda to dry to chance it. My neighbors hate it cus they have dogs. Course when the fireworks go off lots of idiots start shooting off guns, I live in the outskirts of town. Gotta keep your head down.

Things here can't explode or fly off the ground.
...........hmmm........ what am I gonna do with all the bottle rockets left over from last year?

Same here cept for small fireworks that only go a couple feet of the ground. The only ones that do full blown fireworks here have to be licensed like the country clubs, indian casinos and of course the City. Problem with driving through NM is that they have warehouses full of mortars. One is about one mile east of the AZ NM border.

Went to a party on the southside. Come home and my kid is having a party at the house.

What kind of music were they playing? :nodding:
O, wait.......... I was supposed to be surprised and upset, right? :D
Back in "the day" my grandparents would go to Wyoming every 2 years to visit relatives. They always came back with a lot of firecrackers, roman candles and the fun stuff. They had a small farm 5 miles out of town. Cow pies and firecrackers.............. a good thing.:D

My former son in law was in charge of the Macy's fireworks show in New York last night. He had a crew on 4 different barges, and positioned himself on the Brooklyn Bridge for the button pushing. His brother was in charge of the Rose Bowl fireworks show in Pasadena, Ca. Claims to be the biggest show east of the Mississippi. Both went off without a hitch, and both are safe Good job boys.
