    Yes agreed, hence I intentionally wrote "generally speaking", since the majority of bamboo floors out there aren't of high quality. And most end users expect the same qualities of high end material on a low cost one.

    Flooring Company Misrepresented Laminate - Help!

    I don't recall having an issue with Mohawk's laminate that over 8mm thick. I have had an issue with their hardwood though. They basically gave me 6 shady looking boxes of defects, and took a while to realize the material was defective since it was all defective. 😩

    Bamboo + any 4 legged animal over 10 lbs, not a good idea. As long as u get something with minimal glossy finish, preferably with some sort of light texture, it'll work for your pet situation. Generally speaking.

    Yeah I would use "Ardex Feather Finish", as long as those dimples are less than 1" deep.
