We don't remove baseboards , we just use quarter round for situations needing it like this.
and the doorway look good to me, a marble threshold could have been used if wanted and should have been discussed before installation.
That being said I normally only use marble thresholds at bath doors
Aqua Mix makes an Epoxy Grout Stain that should work. We use it on fire damaged jobs to recolor the soot damaged grout .
I would think the Slate would have a sealer on it, it should if it doesn't.
Chopped Fiberglass is what we use around here for decks over living spaces where OSB has been used. In your case salt treating decking would have been my choice for a floor.
What is it ? Solid WOOD ? Laminate ?? LVT ??? Tile ????
It looks like a 7" or better long plank. IMHO It's going to hard to identify by just a pic on the internet but you might get lucky
The product appears to be top notch, nice and heavy with a good wear layer.
The thing I'm concerned about is if the floor has sheetrock dust or paint overspray on it I'm thinking it would not adhere properly. I guess the floor could be damp mopped or primed as Ernesto stated above if dust is...
We got samples of this product last week and finally un-boxed it. I'm afraid this is a product that we will not be installing. It's peel and stick by god !!!! :flames:
