    Floating floor and kitchen.

    I personally like the cabinet installers to put their bases down first, then install the floor. The cabinet kicks should cover the gap. That being said there is more and more cabinets that don’t sit on bases and they have legs instead. Just needs good communication between floor and cabinet...

    Squeaky Plywood Subfloor

    Sometimes it is the old nails that are rubbing on the joist. Re-screw the entire floor, then pull all the old nails. Sometimes it can be the cross bracing or ductwork, this requires pulling the sheets up.
