These people thought they're faux contractor was the best. He said the flooring was defective because he couldn't get a whole box together. Said he was a general contractor SPECIALIZING IN FLOORING. Has no company name or license #.

And why would anyone lay a floor without pulling the base first?

Haha, yes they did pull the base, kinda missed a few cuts. They claimed they are going to do new base after the examination for the claim of defective flooring. The only defective thing I saw was the labor. Tough ruck.
