Win 10 issues

Currently, I have have to include my password to sign on to my laptop. It just upgraded software, and now I an getting annoying ads saying they now have a new facial recognition software and an optional PIN code. I try to bypass, but you need to click on the yes, before receiving the "do it later" tab. It's very annoying.

I am tired of these dumb passwords, and want to get rig of all passwords since this laptop stays at my home. Is there a simple way to get rid of this crap, and not be reminded every time I turn on my computer?

Don't tell me that. My win 10 upgraded day before yesterday and today I was fighting to get my tool bar operational and all the aides I use to log into various forums.
I had to upgrade my Microsoft password. Did it on back up laptop that had not done the upgrade yet.
