Living in an older apartment, newly renovated, but seems the flooring in the entryway near front door is uneven. There is a wooden threshold and a weather strip attached to the door itself. Any ideas of how to fix the small gap without too much work since it’s an apartment and I am renting. Pictures attached.

There is a clear plastic piece made in a U shape that will slide over the bottom of the door and can be angled to fit the gap. No gluing or screwing needed.

I'd rip a couple pieces of 2x4 to put under the threshold, then screw it back down.
