Last vinyl plank job they sent me twelve sticks of this crap.
Face paper pulled off.

Came off clean. Maybe you can paint it. :D
Looks like a rigid plastic film. Peel it off or slide it off? Looks like they forgot adhesive.

Definitely a little more plastic like than the film on the laminate matching QR. As soon as I'd make a cut it blew off the piece I cut. You know how the back sides are different dimensions? You can't reverse or flip the QR as it won't fit the preceding piece, and you can clearly see it as the film doesn't cover one side as much as the other? Well this crap was all over the place. I'd rather have the MDF quarter round. This plastic core melts when you cut it too. Then on return pieces I did have to glue a couple on. Very frustrating and took twice as long. Luckily I ordered 3 extra sticks.
Never letting my customers order that crap again. Hate the look anyways.

I always hated that formed laminate base that Wilsonart made. It was a contoured wood base with laminate formed to the profile. Problem was the laminate surface didn't always conform to the wood very well and it wasn't consistent from piece to piece.
