You are getting the snow, we are getting the freezing rain.
Here is an old photo of my gran dparents ,my mother and uncle. Photo approximately 1924.
Been out running around in it. Only got about 3 inches.
We'd declare federal disaster funding. 
Lowest low in the next 7 days is 36, so I might see 32. Official temp is at the airport which is always warmer because it's so close to the ocean.

How's your weather been this winter? We have had highs in the mid to upper 50s this week and lows close to 50. Today's hight was 56 at 9pm.
Same for the rest of the week. Low of 36 in about 5 days....believe it when I see it.

unbelievably warm here and very little snow, more rain. They always say we have a January thaw because it warms up for a week, but this year it has been the whole month. A lot of 40's and 50's and no ice on the lakes in my area.
All over the place. A little snow today and in the 30s. 60s this next weekend.
