Yes checking moisture, leaving good expansion on walls and doors, putting T moldings at all door ways, putting down moisture barrier when needed.

Does anyone else have problems with bamboo? We install it correctly but still after about six months to to a year we get call backs on the floors coming apart,cracking ,expansion,shrinking etc.

I have to remove a board from a glued tongue and groove 3/8 engineered floating floor.I have done many different types of repairs but never one like this.getting it out should not be a problem but putting the new board back is where I have a problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

I live in Norfolk Va. and I do a lot of work both the ocean front and farther inland.

Is anyone else having problems with bamboo floating floors coming apart threw out the floor and cracking around vents. I have let the floor acclimate in the house for a week , left plenty of expansion around the edges and still I get calls after a month saying that the floor is coming apart
