    laminate good choice?

    LVT(luxury vinyl tile) or LVP(luxury vinyl plank) would out last wood laminate 10 to 1. It's easier to install and waterproof. Shaw makes a great product and you can get it at Home Depot.

    Doesn't look that bad... Your going to use laminate? Have you considered luxury vinyl flooring? Its just easier to work with. Also looks like you have quite a bit of steps and edging to think about.
