    Is Stainmaster Worth it for Rent Properties?

    Stainmaster is about $2 more a linear foot then the "cheapest best" carpet available at Lowe's which is Shaw's Reclaim Heirloom. Installing about 32 linear feet, so going with Stainmaster would add $64 to the job. Is it worth it?

    Old Hardwood Floor Cleaning

    I have an apartment that's got floors from probably the late 1800's, long-leaf pine. They are in rough shape but I don't want to have them refinished quite yet, however I would like to clean them. What product/process should I use to clean them?
