OK, so living in the US I expect the pick of the best. EVERY time I find gorgeous, blonde, wide white oak looking plank, it's only available in the UK, OR AU, or NZ, etc. What we have here is ho hum boring junk. The wide plank look is higher end looking and stylish. I have looked everywhere...

The Envique line from Quick-Step is water restant up to 24 hours. I was going to use it but bad reviews online of terrible CS, and reports of it chipping, bubbling and peeling. Not sure what line did that but this one was rated the top laminate of the year twice. Pricey though at $3.50 a sf.
