    Grout conundrum

Are you saying you can still remove the grout? The only way grout should be removed is by grout saw or dremmel tool if you can take the grout out with finger- or fingernail then that's no good.

    Grout conundrum

Imo I think that type is a topical sealer not a penetrating sealer thus wearing in traffic areas.

    Grout conundrum

My guess is you used a polymer grout as oppose to regular grout and your having a reaction. Imo unsanded grout shoudnt need sealing its the porous things in life that should or can technically be sealed.

    Spongy spot

I would check the expanstion gaps on both sizes. Not staggering and offseting the seams could make the planks pop up on you.

    Said the reality company manager.....

I'd bet doughnuts that its not water related as well. I'm not a fan of T moldings, I would of ran it the other way and taken the base molding off, that right there shows you mr. jimmy cut corners cut so many corners he did a complete circle and ended up nowhere but were he started. Lol

    Said the reality company manager.....

That's the 7mm HD end rack for like 89 cense a Sqr ft. I can't tell looks like the hallway wasn't staggered. You can't have that long of a run in that direction because it ends up to be so long that the expsnstion process happeneds before it can reach the ends at the walls. Offsetting the seams...

    carpet sales

It's scary... no one has money to do anything anymore for there homes. Alot of people are renting homes instead of buying or going into apartments. I wish I could do flooring & tile for a living but it just doesn't cut it anymore trying to get business. I do more laminate jobs then tile just...
