    How to remove glue residue and smudges

    Thanks for the help guys . After trying everything twice, I realized the poly was taken off when the glue was removed so I applied a thin coat of poly and wow , no more smudges. You cant see where the glue ever was. Thanks again guys .

    I have been doing floors for about a year professionally and I can't seem to figure out how much to charge for trim . Thresholds , quarter round etc. I realize its very time consuming and I should be paid accordingly . What are your thoughts . I am located in King Of Prussia Pa if that helps at all

    The floors looks painted . Yes I think they are drum marks . I am not experienced in using a drum sander . I don't want to use an orbital sander if it's not going to work and take all day . How do you sand it at a 45 ?

    Thanks do your help . Since they installed the floor first then put pounds an pounds of heavy furniture on top , there are no expansion gaps around the room . I suggested literally going around the entire area and cutting flooring out around the perimeter to allow the floor to expand . Do you...
