wood look

I have a location, old concrete building, uneven floor due to settling. will have to Grind and level. .. Opening a Bait shop, Ice House and BBQ place out of it. it has a tendancy to flooding. what would be best flooring. epoxy/Painting, Tile, or etc... any suggestions. i really like...
