Well we booked a last minute cruise last night for the fun of it. 7 days western carribean out of Miami aboard the carnival glory. Ports of call include cozumel, grand cayman, belize, and mahogany bay. Should be a blast. We leave out next Saturday. Any of you guys ever been to any of these places?

The wife an I did a Western Caribbean in the late 90"s. Fun time. We were on a Costas ship. Great time and excellent food. I had to be up in time to see the next Island come over the horizon and also didn't miss any of the midnight buffets. About 3 hours a night sleep for 7 days.

I agree. We pre-booked our shore excursions yesterday for our upcoming trip through the Panama Canal in October. Them excursions get expensive!

There is a fine line between retired and buried, and I'm hitting what I can, when I can and if I can afford it. ;)

I'll have to ask him and also need to know how he liked Colombia, if he also went there.

I was just talking to the wife about hitting up Disney again while the kiddies are still young. I want to see how close we can get before we tell them where were going, lol. Its funny you guys are talking about this.

I'd love to take my grandkids on the Disney cruise. I took my kids on it when they were young and we all had a blast. Went on the 4 day cruise, then went to Disneyworld for 3 days. Except for the hurricane we had to go around, the ports were really fun.

We took our daughter and her girls to an amusement park once. 5hour drive with lots of signs advertising the park and all. They didn't realize it until we parked in the parking lot where we were. Even made it through the ticketing area without them knowing.

Have fun. First thing i do is go to the pursers office and tell them i have to catch a plane as soon as we dock . They let you off first . You don't have to sit on the ship for a couple of hours till they let you off .

This is a cruise we might have to look at as we have a future deposit of US$500 each to use on a Seabourn cruise. Would love to do Antarctica again but we would probably end up with bad weather with a second trip. The last one was perfect weather for the whole 21 days
