I have an old roll of Designer Solarian II and need an adhesive to use for the installation. I had some of the original adhesive but it has now dried out.

Thanks for any help.

If I remember right that was the Interflex style that was perimeter glued. I haven't a clue of what glue to use today but if I remember right that it should have been kept tightly rolled up on a tube because it is suposed to shrink after it was installed in the adhesive to flatten it out. Good luck on finding glue if that is the one.

Yeah, call their TECH department.
Tech department will tell you nothing. I tried that a couple years ago.
They don't make that product anymore so they won't recommend any adhesives for it.
Depending on how much you need, there is something that will work, at least on wood.

Armstrong 761 seam adhesive is the same as the non porous version of their adhesive. Someone here told me that a while back when I had to repair to do.

It's the white latex stuff, not the stuff that smells like model airplane cement.
It comes in a small squeeze bottle like carpet seam sealer.
I'm pretty sure it's Armstrong 761 I'll look it up.

Yup, try it. Let it dry on a test piece for a couple of hours indoors.
