It's hard to find replacement check-balls that keep water from getting into those air intake snorkels that stick above the windsheild height too.

My friend got a notice this week from his mechanic saying he needed to make an appointment immediately to replace the timing belt in his truck, since he has 60K miles and if the belt broke, his engine would be destroyed. I told him to also make an appointment to change the stale air in his tires. He was puzzled until I told him his truck had a timing CHAIN, and this idiot should be reported to the Bureau of Automotive Repair.

Remember the old hydraulic hoists? There has been a few times cars slipped of the side of them. I almost did it once when I worked in a service station in high school.
