Need some pro advice as to how to remove paint off a Red painted floor to my Boxing Gym. Plans are to repair the concrete floors. Don’t know where to start
1) I removed 2 feet of sheet rock to the metal wall stud. It was moldy from water damage. The question is do I repair the sheetrock first or do I repair the floor 1st?
I’ve removed the molding and sheetrock leaving a few inches of unpainted untreated floor next to the metal stud.
Just trying to control mold as much as possible. So, do I treat the concrete floor next to metal stud or just sheetrock it up?...and began buffing the floors?

Using the scraper is not easy. So, i bought a 20 inch Buffer to remove paint and imperfections. Not sure what type of pad to use for the buffers. Diamond etc?

Also got to grind the concrete down next to the metal stud. Not sure what wheel to use? Diamond?

Might be safer to get the floor ground first so as not to damage the sheetrock. Not sure what to remove the paint with. Probably not a liquid stripper. It might leave a residue that will make repainting or coating the floor a nightmare.
Pressure washer?
