Bubbles

I own a flooring company and I have a client that has engineered wood. I used my scrubber and placed polyurethane on the floor. As a result, there are some not so noticeable bubbles that have developed. How can I repair this? Should I replace the planks with bubbles?

I'd say replace. Looks like the top delaminated.
