The Flooring Forum will soon be going through a few changes. It will be a template change. Many of you won't notice much difference. Might be a bug or two, but the admins will take care of it. The new format is more secure.

Once it is changed, there may be a few hours for settings to be set to what is considered normal. It will be done as quickly as possible.

What's wrong with the smileys that makes them need fixing?

Change has been made. Not all setting are at full change, but basic forum is working. What is not completely tweaked tonight will be tweaked tomorrow.

It's taken 3 hours for me to get this lite loaded up to the point where I was able to open any topic........... I hate HTTPS.
Maybe the site will get more friendly as I log on more and more and it recognizes me as a "friendly" :(
My dialup is the problem, but there ain't no funds for real internet service.

Good morning group. Let me see how much better I can make things this morning.
And I took note of what smileys that were on the other version, and hope to get them added and others also over a couple of days. First function, then fun.

I hope it gets to working better for you. There is one tweak I have to report to the developer that will probably help you out. Just give us a day or two before passing final judgement.

It has always had these ads, you just had it turned off. Give me a day or so and you'll have the option to opt out of seeing them. One of the things I have to let them know to get going.

To opt out of the ads or side bar.
    1. Look to upper right hand of page for the silhouette, that will be your user control area.
    2. When that opens go down to Preferences.
    3. When Preferences opens, go to the bottom of the page for the Opt Out options.

That's odd because a xF page load is far less then a vB page load. Is it still slow?
