I have an upcoming engineered hardwood flooring installation. It will be directly glued down to the concrete. My concerns are with the expansion joint in the floor and the potential for separation of the flooring. What is the best way to address this. Thank you.

On those and large cracks you can lace in ties with epoxy. cut out crack, make cuts every foot or so an inch or so deep to allow some rebar to to fit crossing both sides at least six inches. Fill with epoxy, cap with patch.
