What does ph have to do with epoxy bonding?

Forgot to mention in my previous post on pH. Allowable is 7-9. So would 10 be acceptable? No, because it work on the logarithmic scale. 9 would be here and 10 would be out ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------here. Not even close.
