Highup, there is evidence that Trump has been and still is involved in mob activities. When the Russians came in and took over the mob, they moved in on Trump properties. They still do business from his properties. There are court records indicating that he was in trouble for various things over the years and the way he got out of trouble was rolling on bigger fish.
I'm sorry, but I admit I laughed at the idea that we are now more respected. People from other countries think Trump is a joke. They don't fear him, they mock him. They pity us. The ones that don't, are the ones that hate us & they generally know how to manipulate Trump. Putin & Kim both played him like a fiddle.

Trump owes the Russians a lot. They bailed him out of financial troubles a few times.
The recent bit of trying to make it so that asbestos could be used in the US again is absolutely moronic- and of course the stuff is being made by Russia. They put his picture on the crates!
As for why we don't merge the Air Force and NASA-- it is a violation of international treaties to use space for warfare. The two groups work fine separately.
Merging agencies doesn't always work very well. ICE has been a total cluster****. Especially since they separated the naturalization part from immigration.

That Washington Post "article" is an opinion piece by a Trump hater.
Jim Acosta is more pro Trump than the Post. That's bottom of the barrel as far as a news source.
I ask again, how come Trump was kissy kissy with the mob and hasn't been put in jail? If this mob BS is so obvious, how come know one is investigating him on this?

So, what have we accomplished with the tariffs? Farmers are hurt, the soybean market is in a downward spiral, we're borrowing money from other countries so we can bail out farmers, and our trade deficit is shooting up.
This is why we shouldn't put non-thinking, reactionary idiots in charge of things. They don't know what to do and won't invest any time or effort into figuring out what to do. What they will do is react and do something, likely making the situation worse, kind of like a "surgeon" with no medical knowledge who randomly starts slicing and stitching.

The reason Trump didn't go to jail is because he's a "Bulger Rat". A known criminal who acts as an informant to stay out of jail.

I really don't want the country to overreact & go to majority Democrat. We need balance between the parties-- and we need them to stop playing partisan games. I'm really hoping that if there is a "blue wave" that it will be moderate blue & not fanatical extreme left.
