He didn't say that he couldn't be charged with a crime. His issue is not inditing a sitting president while in office. This is from hav and Ernesto's links.

My own take is that a president could be charged after leaving office. A lengthy trial would not be good for any president while in office.

I watched the news on SNL "live" tonight and it was as predictable as it's been for the past 3 years. That's why I still tune in.... just to confirm that they are still relentlessly political and relentlessly liberal as ever. They scream racist at all conservatives. If you want to see a real racist, just watch the SNL news idiot Michael Shay. He gets away with anything.

After the "Live" show tonight was an old show repeat......... That was before SNL got 100% political.
This old SNL show did political humor because it was funny. This old show I watched was in the Perot election era. Funny because it was funny, not "funny" because it was anti-conservative.
These days, SNL is not humor. It's a sickness. The "new" show tonight criticized Kayne West on the previous weeks episode, yet praised him on his professional skills. The suggestion was that he shouldn't talk about political stuff where he's not a professional.

The older show I saw tonight had Dana Carvey, Phil Harman, and Kevin Nealan was the SNL news guy. "That's Just Pat" was on the show too.......................... this was back in the days where the show was funny and unpredictable. It was plain old humor back then, something to lighten the days news events and work stress.
Today....................... Just more liberal crap bent to inflame the minority that they are.
The liberals lost and they will lose again in a few weeks because they have no message and have absolutely no clue why they lost.
They don't get it. Trump is winning because he's accomplishing everything that we the people asked him to.
Lower taxes .........accomplished.
Scrap NAFTA ......accomplished.
Border wall .........getting accomplished.

.........by the way, anybody recall the word ISIS? Most people have forgotten the word ISIS because Trump gave the military permission to NOT ASK before they shot.
In the Obama era you needed permission............. by the time you got permission, the enemy was 100 miles away.

My largest political issues or concerns are that the parties are so far apart that its not possible for a meeting of the minds. We're gonna be socialists or capitalists after the next Presidential election.

Running on this Kavanaugh issue is not going to help Democrat Senators or Representatives................ they look like total cry babies, whiners and sore losers, and need to just drop it. A Wise man on Fox ? You so Funny..
A man was being tailgated by a stressed out woman on a busy boulevard. Suddenly, the light turned yellow, just in front of him. He did the right thing, stopping... at the crosswalk, even though he could have beaten The red light by accelerating through the intersection.
The tailgating woman was furious and honked her horn, screaming in frustration as she missed her chance to get through the intersection, dropping her cell phone and makeup.
As she was still in mid-rant, she heard a tap on her window and looked up into the face of a very serious police officer. The officer ordered her to exit her car with her hands up. He took her to the police station where she was searched, finger printed, photographed, and placed in a hold ing cell. After a couple of hours, a policeman approached the cell and opened the door. She was escorted back to the booking desk where the arresting officer was waiting with her personal effects.
He said, "I'm very sorry for this mistake. You see, I pulled up behind your car while you were blowing your horn, flipping off the guy in front of you, and cussing a blue streak at him. I noticed the 'What Would Jesus Do' bumper sticker, the 'Choose Life' license plate holder, the 'Follow Me to Sunday-School' bumper sticker, and the chrome-plated Christian fish emblem on the trunk, Naturally... I assumed you had stolen the car."

Sickening. I also saw the exact display on a liberal station, but it was supported saying it was their expression of free speech. Ridiculous.
