Finish + insulate concrete floor

Hi,
I need ideas for finishing and insulating a floor. I’m converting a screen porch into a 4 season. I need to finish the concrete floor and would like it insulated with at least something. Here is what I have:

-bare concrete on ground level
-no basement under the concrete (directly on ground)
-floor does evaporate moisture, but no leaks/runs

on the basement level, I did concrete sealer, thick foam floor tiles, 1/8 hardboard, then LVP.

is there a better approach? I’m usually on a very constrained budget, so willing to get creative if necessary.

How did the basement floor turn out? If it worked then why not repeat the process. If you have moisture issues I would use a 6 mil vapor barrier underneath everything at the very least. Another option would be to use something like Dri Core.

I'm thinking something like this this made for tile. I don't know if all of these can be used for a floor but I assume they can. I don't know if they can be mudded down with thinset but I assume they can.
I don't do tile work I'm just trying to toss out an idea.
