I refinished my hardwood floors 2 months ago with Bona satin finish. The floors are great except that they are way too slippery. This has become a major hazard. I am almost falling down the steps and anywhere without a rug. Any ideas on what I can do to make them less slippery? I would prefer to not use runners that will damage the stairs or the floors.

It's not sure what the best thing is to do but maybe call bona. Tell them your fears and your experiences in slipping and falling and see if they recommend or have a different finish that isn't slippery.
What is your foot wear? I'd suggest slippers or something with rubber soles. Other that that it would be runners and rugs.
