floor tile stone or porcelin

I'm redoing a fairly large master bathroom. I can't decide between travertine or Porcelain ceramic tile. Does it help resale value of a million dollar home to have real stone? Does it help resale value to have heated floors?

Stone is best

You have very good tile for the remodeling and both types of tiles are good so you can use Porcelain ceramic tile, but in modern era cork tile is also used so you can try it also if you like.
