Shorts my whole house is done in them. In my bedroom I put 37 lbs of drywall screws to take the squeeks out. Still squeeked. Its only a 11x 12 room. Come to find out it has 1x6 boards run on the diagonal and if the board didn't reach a joist but was close that was good enough. House built in 57. All the houses in the sub are almost the same.

Man, I did a hardwood job a couple weeks ago and it was nothing but shorts. Maybe one or two pieces over 16". I thought whoever packaged that was a real dick!

I noticed a lot of those boards are the same size and at first I wondered if it was for a herringbone pattern. There are some larger ones on the bottom....
If they would drop the price to 25 bucks it would make some nice kindling.
