I’m just a girl in my early 30’s who likes off-roading and mudding

I flip houses as means of income, and have increasingly began doing more of my own fixer-upper work.

Glad you did. Many of us are old geezers like Rusty and Daris, but all of us try to put in our $12.18 cents when we can provide some help. Back in the day it was 2 cents...... but, you know...
