Hi all,
Winter is here and this change in humidity has already started to affect my floor. I'm talking about my kitchen floor which is plank wood flooring. It was built back in 2000. It was remodeled a coupled of times since because we couldn't be at home most of the time. I have seen visible cracks and it is getting worse. I have used a humidifier but nothing is working out. Now I have to leave the house for a couple of weeks so I'm turning the heater on before I leave. How much effective will that be? Of course, the heater will be at a very low temperature. How much should I set the humidity level to?
