How to Level Plank Subfloor

The biggest differential between boards is about 1/8 inch. What would you use to level it? Newbie here. Thanks.

Also, it's mostly level with the hardwood on the adjoining room. What would I need to put under this and between the subfloor and boards? It's red oak 2'' x 5/16.

You don't say wether it is nail down or glue or even floating. But according to your pictures everything is a hodge podge of pieces, even the walls.

i'm replacing the dry wall.

It's top nail.
