A friend is a house he's flipping and he's looking for something relatively decent to put in.
He's sending me a couple of different products he's looking at.

https://www.homedepot.com/p/Home-De...e-Flooring-18-42-sq-ft-case-HDCWR02/308994917Are these things worth installing, total garbage, not too bad could do worse.
Just looking for your thoughts he's heading up to buy something tomorrow and he threw these at me. I know nothing about home Depot and Lowe's type of products so I'm asking you.

Home Decorators is a decent product. Could do better, could do worse but it’s decent. I’ve installed a fair amount of it and it’s pretty problem free to install. The life of it really depends on how well the end user takes care of it. If you’re flipping a house it’s prolly an appropriate product to put in. Lifeproof from HD is a good product I can stand behind. If you go to Lowe’s then SmartCore is what you will want to get because that is a good product from Lowe’s. I can install them and have no problems or call backs regarding my installations. TBH I haven’t had any call backs with Home Decorators either but it is definitely a step below Lifeproof on the quality scale. Prolly perfect for a flip.

Thank you that's better than I was expecting. Coretec and Provenza are the only two that I've installed in the last few years.
I'm not able to provide him any help and what you do with me helps a lot. Thank you sir and thanks Don for the thumbs up agreeing with CJ. I'll give him a call and let him know your thoughts. 👍
