Cadyshack? Jaws, Summer of 42?
Watched a few episodes of Brickleberry last night. I laughed so hard.
Summer of 42 ! ! Every young man’s dream. Anyone see Destination Wedding yet ?
I was "underage" when I saw that.
It was a young man's dream for sure. It made me aspire to deliver groceries.
It was a really good movie.
Watching Escape From New York. Classic, I love Kurt Russel movies.
I have not watched a new movie in a long time. I seldom watch any. I did watch"Death Wish" last week.
Old movies are better. The new ones are all special effects.
I watched John Wick 3 and it was too much like watching a video game during the action scenes. I can’t watch JW4 now because of that. They just Bud Lighted the movie for me.
Not a movie, but a TV series on Netflix. We have began watching "SUITS", which was on TV from 2011-2019, and really like it. It is very similar to Boston Legal, and includes Meghan Markle. She really was a pretty good actor IMHO.
Small world, I just started watching that too… Up to season 1 episode 10… It‘s entertaining if you like far fetched lawyer shows… I do.
Funny, we just finished season 2, episode one.
My son recommended Suits to me way back when. We never tried it. Maybe we will now. It's hard for my wife and I to find stuff to watch together.
We are really enjoying it. I also like it only being PG, so the worst word heard is $#it!
Watched The Kings Speech last night and was wishing our politicians could speak like that. Not the sta-sta-stammering but the language and attitude.
I really enjoyed watching the conflict between the speech therapist and the King, when rehearsing in the chapel. The King was angry over credentials
but the therapist stayed calm and assertively defended himself, allowing the King to choose to move beyond the situation and onto the task at hand.

Now on season 4 of "SUITS" and really amazed at the writing of this classic.
