Brad with BD Janitorial. Look forward to learning and helping out with answers to questions pertaining to the cleaning side of flooring

Welcome. Retired flooring installer here. I've been looking for another line of work and one thing I've considered is doing custodial and building maintenance. Id commercial resilient floors mostly for around 35/40 years. Had ALL KINDS OF ISSUES with the janitorial staff at retail stores, schools, hospitals and office space. When they have a problem it usually became my problem.

Welcome to the site. We like new blood around here so we can learn new things.
......speaking the blood what's the best way to remove it. Traditionally the use of a seamer is necessary. 😁
