How about they fine the guys that designed and approved that plaque?
I'd like to see the paper trail from "bright idea" dude all the way up to the NFL official that approved it.

They're turning this game into tag football. Just play the game , and take a lot of the commericals off. It's gotten to the point where you have to DVR the game so you don't have to watch a add after every play.
