No stagger pattern for installing (3 different lengths) of Paradigm Longboard is necessary. Just start in a corner against wall. Continue connecting first row until you reach the last full plank for that wall. Fit the last plank, in row 1, by measuring and cutting off excess.

The excess plank from row 1 will start the beginning of row 2. The excess from the last plank in row 2 will start the beginning of row 3.
The cut off piece from each previous row will stagger the pattern.
Pieces should be a minimum of 20cm (8") long and joint offset should be at least 20cm (8")

Continue until you get to last row.

Direction in box is very tiny and hard to read. I wasted a lot of time trying to read and figure this out. I had to go online to read the PDF of these directions for Paradigm Longboard.
