Yeah, the winter road problems is usually caused by people that DON'T live in the vicinity. They're just not accustom to the types of road conditions that exist in this kind of country. They are shooting through conditions they aren't familiar with and have no idea what to expect when a Northwest winter storm rolls through. Happens every year. No snow tires, no experience with icy driving and walla! Ya got's to sloooow down and be safe.
