Self leveling concrete - cracks and deboned areas

I love all the previous replies, but my first thought was that they used way too much water, and did not wait the three minutes between mixes.

That’s definitely WAY over watered.
Funny thing is that ardex has the barrel kit specifically designed for many different kinds of self leveling. There’s literally buckets with holes in the sides to get the exact amount of water for whatever you’re working with.

I’m guessing this putz mixed one bag at a time in a 5 gal bucket. Watering it by eye.
