Steps from 30 years ago

Here are pictures of stairs I did in a golf club approximately 30 years ago. At the top of the stairs is the bar and the bottom street level. That was the problem. I had to go back and replace every other step with a different color because it looked to much like a ramp and people were falling. Double birdcage and a railing up the middle.

That's got to be the worst possible carpet choice for stairs. It's still ugly but it shouldn't be put on stairs.
That said you did a fantastic job on them. If somebody offered me that job I would not have accepted it. I don't care how much money they offered. Just trust me when I say, I'm not worthy. I wouldn't know how to start an installation like that, Daris.
