Tile with metal base on plywood?

Hi all,

What is the best adhesive to use in my case? Here's the info:

Floor currently has: plywood
Tiles to be installed: Metal-backed (vinyl on top)
METAL HAS TO STICK PLYWOOD.

What is the best adhesive in my case?

Need a better description of the product you're working with. I've never heard of a metal-backed vinyl.
