I have a location, old concrete building, uneven floor due to settling. will have to Grind and level. ..
Opening a Bait shop, Ice House and BBQ place out of it. it has a tendancy to flooding. what would be best flooring.
epoxy/Painting, Tile, or etc... any suggestions. i really like the wood look flooring.

In your case I would leave concrete and polish . Due to flooding and uneven hills and valley. Unless u correct the deflection and want a finish floor I would then suggest Lvt rigid core click of your floor is correct w level if not use a 22mil glue down using epoxy base adhesive for water resistance
