    Looks like a wire cutter on one end but the other end - i have no idea! It has a logo on it. Found it in the old dodge pickup

    I don't know what it is or what it does but it will be one of those tools you throw out then later you wished you had kept it just in case :)

    No doubt Jon! That top part spins freely so not sure how it.could be a wrench.

    Are you sure it's a tool? Looks like a door or lid lock on a printer or other sort of device.
    In the mean time, use it to pre-cut individual lengths of dry spaghetti to the preferred length.

    Dog nail clippers are very sharp. These are blunt.
