That's what would happen if I was a CEO. Make high demands of the work force, and pay them well so you don't have that never ending retraining BS. I mean how much money is lost always training new employees?
I like seeing the same faces at a business when I go there. If they had constant turnover because they paid their employees crap wages , the new employees would never know anything when you asked them a question.
I like places that have had the same employees for 5, 10, or 20 years. That happens locally and I like it. When I visit local businesses, I feel like family. Ya can't buy loyalty. Amazon tries, but I like my local establishments.
