Had to fix a confuser today that was infected .. The Touch pad also didn't work ..
Seems Windows updates sometimes disables it .. To get it back Hold down the FN key .. Bottom left on keyboard while tapping the F 7 or F 8 key .. It is the key with the little square with a back lash in it ..
It will turn your touch pad back on..
