    Vinyl Flooring With Silicone

It looks like what they sell in the bucket is not a pressure sensitive adhesive. It is meant for wet applications. (Ie do not let it gas off) so would be fine for a felt or paperback sheet vinyl. If they used the other product and just applied with a caulking gun, then that is a big no, and...

    Flooring choice. Please help

My thought is that it depends on your climate. I live in a high desert, so I almost always recommend engineered. But, if you are in a place with relatively consistent humidity; I would go with the solid product.

    First day on the job?

    Common Practice

Anytime I install a plank product; I only sweep. The reason being is every manufacturer gas different specs on what type of cleaner can be used on specific floors. I am not going to fill my truck with any and every solution, and I am not going to use something and risk the warranty falling on...

    Hello all

Hi, I used to be part of a different forum, but fell out a few years back and it looks to have shut down. So I am glad I found you folks! I install mostly carpet and hardwood, but am fairly comfortable with most floors. Love having a community like this to bounce ideas around, and contribute...

    What did you do today?

Yeah, I patterned every step for the turns. That was the top flight, but there were 3 total flights of stairs. Pain in the butt, but turned out nice.
